Flour Bluff Community Outreach Center creates a culture where students and staff go the extra mile for each other. Our knowledgeable instructors teach from a worldview and are fiercely dedicated to high standards of scholarship.

But their commitment to students goes beyond the classroom. Their office doors are open, and you’ll see them side by side with students in the classroom and community.  Flour Bluff Community Outreach Center is a place where students of all ages can get the tools and support they need to live life to the full.

Mission
Flour Bluff Community Outreach Center will be the primary vehicle for educating and providing credentials to those who did not complete high school, need additional skills in the English language or need improvement in literacy skills.  High quality services will be offered throughout the community to meet the needs of all segments of the educationally and/or economically disadvantaged youth and adult population. In meeting these community needs, the center will provide customer-driven learning opportunities in a format that promotes the best possible access to services.
